James Hubbard enables companies to understand the impact of climate trends on their operational and financial performance, as well as to help prepare responses and disclose their findings. His work has supported hundreds of companies across most economic sectors to achieve insight and resilience, as well as embed processes that support better outcomes for assets, personnel and supply chains.

At ERM, his work has included building a range of digital and consultant based solutions. This has involved gathering and using data from the IPCC, as well as specialist flood and other providers. He's also worked with and collaborated on work with agencies, including national and international organisations.
