Dr. Nadine Pratt is a professor of Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Sustainability at FOM University since 2022. She's an independent consultant and keynote speaker in sustainability and CSR, co-founder of the Positive Deviance Initiative in Germany, a methodological partner in Next Economy Award and part of the jury in the German Sustainability Award since 2022. Her expertise focuses on sustainable business models, organizational transformation towards sustainability, Paradox Thinking and Positive Deviance. She has international experience, including research at MIT and project lead at the CSCP, a sustainability institute founded by Wuppertal Institute and UNEP, UN Environment Programme.
