Stephan Hillert is a seasoned Senior Executive with extensive experience in developing ventures within the risk and insurance sector. For the past three years, he has been a key member of the Global Executive team at Zurich Resilience Solutions, where he led the Distribution, Customers, and Growth functions, while also establishing the Climate & Sustainability Solutions practice. With over a decade at Zurich Insurance Group, he played a vital role in launching and scaling new global businesses. Since 2022, Stephan has channeled his passion for sustainability as an Advisory Board Member of rrreefs, a spin-off from ETH Zurich, focusing on innovative strategies to rethink, rebuild, and regenerate reefs to enhance underwater biodiversity.
