Eric leads the World Economic Forum’s work on climate adaptation. His primary focus in increasing business engagement in the issue, and work on the topic both globally and via regional investment coordination platforms. Eric has been with the Forum for over eight years, and previously was head of the Forum’s technology industry community. In that role he was involved in helping the tech industry wake up to the need to get to Net Zero emissions, and organized the tech CEOs program at the Forum’s annual meeting in Davos. His background before the Forum is in international development, and he has extensive experience working in Africa with USAID and the World Bank.
